BBC: The Writers' Access Group Opportunity

About

The BBC run a programme called the Writer's Access Group. This programme is an 18-month programme of professional development support for deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent writers.

Those selected will take part in workshops, masterclasses and panel discussions.

The programme will run from October 2023 until April 2025 and will be mainly delivered over Zoom with some in person sessions. 

Who can apply?

Anyone who identifies as deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent AND:

  • Is aged 18 or over
  • Is a resident of the UK or Republic of Ireland
