Jyoti will lead you through some easy to do and impactful practises that you can use at any time in the day to help you to destress and improve your mental and emotional wellbeing. When we balance our autonomic nervous system, we automatically feel better - our thoughts are easier, our breath flows, our body releases stress and tension and we feel better in every way.

Jyoti has been practising yoga since the mid 1970s and has trained thousands of people around the world to use easily accessible, impactful therapeutic yoga practises for mental, physical and emotional health. She has also worked with thousands of children, babies and young people around the world leading practises to improve the quality of their lives.
