Webinar: Masking and Mental Health
Monday 9 October, 5:45pm-6:45pm
Masking (also known as camouflaging autism) involves hiding or changing the way that someone presents their autism. It can be a conscious choice, or something that is done without even realising. We are learning more about the relationship between masking and mental health in autistic young people.
In this webinar Laura will discuss how masking can impact mental health, and the best ways to look after your mental health as an autistic young person.
Presented by Dr Laura Hull from Bristol University.
