Transport for London (TfL) has announced that it has joined forces with the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (Bild) and People First to gain insights into the experiences of individuals with autism, learning disabilities, or difficulties when using public transportation.

This initiative aims to inform future TfL customer initiatives and enhance the accessibility of London’s transport network.
