Disabled Children's Partnership - Disabled Young Person's Survey

The Disabled Children's Partnership is a group of over 100 organisations that campaign to improve health and social care for disabled children, young people and their families.
Disabled children and young people may sometimes need more help than other children their own age to take part in activities at school, in the community or at home.
They want to hear directly from young disabled children and young people, aged 11-25 years about the level of support they get or don't get from services or staff, to do the things they want and like to do.
