Youth Advisor speech at Ambitious about the future event

On Wednesday 24th January, Ambitious about Autism's Philanthropy and fundraising team held an event at The Charterhouse to thank our donors and show potential donors our work.

One of our Youth Advisors spoke at this event about their experience of transitioning into the workplace and the support they got from the Ambitious Youth Network.

'I was also exposed to a really accessible way of working, through the Youth Network Opportunities for volunteer and paid work - each time, I am asked about support I may need, like having someone meet me at tube stations or outside venues, when travel and directions can be overwhelming.'
