Today marks the start of LGBT+ History Month in the UK. 

LGBT+ History Month is for everyone and was founded in 2004. For so long, LGBT+ people's history was hidden and LGBT+ History Month was created to recognise this and share the rich and diverse history of LGBT+ history.

The 2024 theme is Medicine - #UnderTheScope

The 2024 theme celebrates LGBT+ peoples’ contribution to the field of Medicine and Healthcare both historically and today.

The wonderful design for this month was created by Alex Gould, a member of the Ambitious Youth Network!
