Research participants needed

The Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience at UCL is looking for autistic adults aged 18-65, to take part in research.

The aim of this research is to investigate how autistic people see and respond to the world compared to non-autistic people.

In your visit to the ICN, you will take part in a few different projects that will involve:

  • Sharing your thoughts and feelings about images/videos and specific words
  • Making hypothetical decisions about money
  • Making judgements about social stories or videos describing everyday events
  • Completing questionnaires about your feelings and experiences
  • Taking part in verbal and non-verbal reasoning tasks

Total participation time would take about 3.5 hours. Participants will be reimbursed £9/hour as a thank you for their time plus any reasonable travel expenses (e.g. bus, tube and/or train fare).

The session will all take place at UCL's Institute Cognitive Neuroscience: Alexandra House, 17 Queen Square, London, WC1N 3AZ
