Join a Focus Group to Improve NHS Mental Health Services for Autistic People with Eating Disorders
The National Autism Team at NHS England are looking for people with lived experience of autism and eating disorders to join an online focus group on Thursday 6th February (10am - 12pm), as part of a project to help improve mental health services for autistic people.
Eligibility criteria: Autistic individuals aged 18 or older who have experienced eating disorders or disordered eating and have engaged with, or attempted to engage with, NHS eating disorder services in England for support.
If you would like to take part, please complete the questionnaire attached to this post and send it to [email protected] by Friday 24th January.
The sessions will be led by researchers at University College London, on behalf of NHS England and will be held on Microsoft Teams. Some further information is attached about the focus groups to help you decide if this is right for you.
