Training and Employ Autism Administrator
The Training and Employ Autism Administrator intern will support the training and Employ Autism functions of the team. You will assist in updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with historic information, manage and respond to enquiries and provide administrative support.
Location: Hybrid working. Majority of time working from home, with occasional in person meetings in London. You will be required to meet in person on your first day and your last day at the Pears National Centre for Autism Education. In person would be required no more than once a month and notice will be provided at least two weeks in advance. You would be required to fund and arrange your own travel.

Internship duration: 6 months
Hours: Part time – 21 hours per week
Salary: £25,207 pro rata (£13.85 per hour – London living wage)

Professional connections webinar: Pierre Novellie

As part of our professional connections webinar series, the Employ Autism team will be interviewing autistic professionals about their career journey.
We will be discussing the challenges and successes they have experienced as well as any advice they have for others entering their industry.
When: Thursday 19 June, 12.15-1pm
Who: To mark ERSA Employability Day 2025, we will be joined by the stand-up comedian, writer, radio host and podcaster Pierre Novellie. Pierre will talk about the successes and challenges he has experienced in his career, as well as advice for others entering his industry.
What: The webinar will last 45 minutes and consist of a 30-minute interview followed by 15 minutes of audience Q and A.
AI basics webinar: how to use AI when applying for jobs

This webinar is for people who want to find out more about using AI when they are looking for work, but do not know where to start. Jenny Bicknell from Talent People will be our guest speaker; she has expert knowledge of AI and its impact on jobs and careers.
