Understanding You, Discovering You is the peer support course for autistic young people aged 16-25.

It is a six-week course to help autistic young people understand autism, explore their autistic identity, develop goals and equip them with resources. 

A paper has been published titled: The Codesign and Initial Evaluation of a Peer Support Program for Autistic Young Adults. 

Two members of the Youth Network were co-authors on this paper.
