NHS Youth Forum Surveys
The NHS Youth Forum is a group of 25 young people from across the country who come together to deliver insights and recommendations on how to improve services for children and young people. The NHS Youth forum have partnered with policy leads from across NHS England to develop surveys to gather the views of other young people across England. Surveys are expected to close in early October.
