IT Support Technician

The IT Support Technician is a vital role within the IT team at Ambitious about Autism. You will play a crucial role in providing first line IT support to end users and installing or troubleshooting hardware and software on a variety of platforms, including presentation equipment and mobile devices. You will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders and support the wider team in the delivery of key IT projects.

Learning and Organisation Development Assistant

The L and OD intern will support various initiatives aimed at enhancing the learning experience for all staff. You will assist in updating the Learning Management System, provide administrative support, and contribute to the planning and delivery of training programmes. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, technical skills development, and customer service within a dynamic and supportive environment.
