Elizabeth Takyi, an Ambassador and Keynote Speaker from Neurobox LTD, will share insights on neurodiversity, hidden disabilities, and workplace inclusion. With lived experience of dyscalculia, Irlen Syndrome, and osteoarthritis, she will explore the challenges of co-occurrence, late diagnosis, and practical support strategies. Co-hosted by neurodiversity advocate Nat Hawley, this workshop offers valuable perspectives on fostering inclusive workplaces.

Access to Work is a panel discussion exploring the intersections of labour, art, disability, parenting, and interdependent care networks. Co-produced by artist Jamila Prowse and the Art Working Parents Alliance, the event features diverse perspectives on creative practices, work, and care. Attendees can engage in the discussion, with a family-friendly space available for those bringing children. The event will be livestreamed and includes accessibility features such as BSL interpretation, captions, and a hearing loop.
On Being an Autistic Therapist: Meet the Authors

Neuro-affirming workplaces focus group

Join other neurodivergent people to share your views on what might help employers to better support neurodivergent people in the workplace. Grace Cardozo from Sleeping Giants will be leading this focus group. The focus groups will last for 1 hour and will take place on Teams. You can keep your camera off if you choose, and you can answer questions either verbally or in the chat
